Privacy notice
Who we are
House of Dehua sells hand-shaped porcelain flowers to businesses. Contact us on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form.
What we collect
The details you give us in our enquiry form, on WhatsApp, or in our Facebook and Instagram enquiry forms: your name, shop or business, business type, town, country, email, phone if you add it, the designs you mention and your message.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, send our trade catalogue and price list, and handle any order you place. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Our enquiry form is delivered by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).
- WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta).
- We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
- If we add Meta advertising measurement to this site, we will list it here before it goes live.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months. Order records are kept for as long as UK tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
